Notes

Best when
Useful for a savoury afternoon or early evening snack when bread would make the portion feel heavier.
Substitutions
Swap Greek yoghurt for thick skyr, or use celery sticks instead of cucumber if you want more crunch.
Storage and safety
Use drained canned tuna promptly after opening and keep the mixed filling chilled until serving.
Why it fits
Tuna supplies most of the protein, cucumber adds bulk with few calories, and the yoghurt binder keeps the serving within the calorie cap.
